We invite each homeowner to volunteer for a position on the Board. Make a difference in your neighborhood.  Members of the board of directors are volunteers and serve without compensation. The Board is comprised of not more than 5 and not less than 3 members.

We currently have 3 vacancies on the Board.  If you would like to help, call or email us, or just come to one of our Board meetings.

Countryside Villas HOA (also known as Countryside Shadows) consists of 72 homes located northwest of Tucson in Pima County just west of the Arthur Pack Golf Course. Countryside Villas HOA was established in 1984.

The primary objective of this HOA is best described on page one of our CC&R's. It is "for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value, desirability and attractiveness of the Property".

As homeowners and residents, your cooperation in following the HOA rules and regulations will help us to achieve these goals.

This website provides news and information of interest to our residents. This is a community website and suggestions for additions and/or modifications are welcome.

2017 Board meetings - Mondays at 6:30pm - 8:30pm
at Countryside Community Center.

The 2016 Annual meeting was April 30th at 10:30am.
The location - the hammerhead of Joanna Lane.

The Annual Walk-Around is February 11, 2017

Fines will be assessed for those who have not complied with the notification of specific home repairs needed, or who have not requested either an extension or a hearing to discuss mitigating circumstances for non-repair.
