Paving Map

Paving job is split up in 2 parts. Half of the Villas done on Tues (Red); the other half done on Thurs (yellow). Striping and curb painting done the next day after each section is paved.

Paving Instructions

Notice from Bates Paving & Sealing about scheduled paving and sealing work in February 2021.

Blue Reflectors (positioned at each fire hydrant)

After roads are paved, the stripers place blue reflectors (signify location of fire hydrants).

We need 4 of them. Easy to install; adhesive:

Orange Cones placed in parking lot the night before paving

Must place cones and pink caution ribbon the night before pavers arrive to ensure no one is parked in lot when pavers arrive in morning, otherwise Paving Co. will have them towed.

Striping

Empty freshly painted parking lot with clear white lines.

Striping the parking lot and the speed bumps is done with white paint and done the day after paving.

Curb Painting

Curb painting done same day as striping.
